Ever since I can remember, I’ve been devoted to health and fitness and being the best that I can be. This has inspired me to want to help others grow as well and achieve things that they never thought possible. This is why I have setup RHR Ultra coaching to motivate, challenge, and show you that with hard work and commitment, anything is possible.

I have worked in the fitness industry as a trainer/advisor for over 20 years and hold a BSc Sports Science degree as well as numerous coaching qualifications.

I have years of experience as both a road and trail runner and have competed successfully over distances from 5km to 153 miles.

Just getting started or have a one off race to train for?

This is for those athletes that would like some structure to their training, but without the regular contact. 
One off coaching plans can be purchased for a specific race or the bronze package allows for a monthly bespoke program to be written

I first spoke to Ian about training as I had never run with much structure and felt my running had plateaued. We spoke about setting some goals and aims for the coming year, and setting some targets to work towards. I now get a structured plan every 2 weeks to follow which is based around my shifts and I know Ian is at the end of the phone if I need to discuss anything. I found the plans well explained and easy to understand. It definitely pushed me beyond what I was initially doing. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Ian and smashing my future goals.
