DO YOU JUST TRAIN ULTRARUNNERS?

Whether you are going for a 5k PB, a sub 4hr marathon or looking to complete a 100 mile race I can work with you. 
I have extensive experience of training for a variety of distances and helping individuals achieve these targets. Come and have a chat with me and let us get you on the road (or trail) to success.

DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN LEVEL OF ABILITY OR FITNESS TO HAVE A COACH?

No, I am happy to assist all levels of runner regardless of ability or previous experience. We will work closely together to help you reach your goals. This could range from just wanting to complete your first ultramarathon or wanting to compete at the sharp end of races for the podium spots. Whatever your goal or ability I am happy to help you as best I can.

I CAN ONLY RUN 3 TIMES A WEEK, CAN YOU STILL HELP?

All of my training plans are bespoke and will be tailored specifically to your needs. During the initial consultation we will discuss how much time you can dedicate to your training and I will build your program around this. 
If you can only commit to running three times a week then this is exactly what we will work with to help you improve.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME THE ATHLETE?

As your coach I will give 100% to helping you reach your goals and all I ask in return is the same level of commitment.

The more information and feedback you give to me, the better I can tailor the program to your needs.

You must fully commit to the training plan and give every session your best effort to achieve positive results.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?

Yes, I ask all clients to sign up for a minimum of 3 months.*

This gives us time to work together and develop a solid relationship and understand what really makes you tick as a runner. 

There is a 10% discount if you sign up for longer than 6 months.

(*with the exception of one off programs).

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SESSIONS?

Payment is easy.

You will be asked to set up a monthly standing order/direct debit for the training start date and can then pay for the session monthly.

A one off payment will also be accepted should you wish to pay in a lump sum for the coaching. This option may be more appropriate if you are purchasing as a gift for someone.
